In-Call Recording Controls

In call recording controls allow you to either start, stop or pause call recording whilst on a call.

Key SequenceCommandDescription
*1Start RecordingWhen on an active call and *1 is entered the call will commence recording, used in situations where recording is not already established. To know recording has started an audio file will be played to the controlling side informing them recording has started.
*2Stop RecordingWhen on an active call and *2 is entered the call will stop recording. A recorded message will be played to the controlling side to confirm the recording has stopped.
*3Pause/Resume RecordingDuring a call you may need to pause the recording to obtain sensitive information such as credit card number. Dial *3 and the recording will be paused, a message is played to the controlling side to confirm. To resume the recording dial *3 and a message is played to indicate the recording is started. NB: This option will only work is the call recording is started.
